Yubikey agent

`services.yubikey-agent.enable`

Whether to start yubikey-agent when you log in. Also sets SSH_AUTH_SOCK to point at yubikey-agent.

Note that yubikey-agent will use whatever pinentry is specified in programs.gnupg.agent.pinentryPackage.
